Refund Policy
Digital Product Refunds (Strict Policy)
Due to the irrevocable nature of source code access, refunds for digital products are only granted if: **1)** The product is fundamentally non-functional on a documented, supported environment, AND **2)** Our technical support team is unable to provide a fix or workaround within 15 working days of the issue being reported.
Physical Product Refunds
Refunds for physical goods are permitted if the item is confirmed to be: **1)** Defective or damaged upon arrival, OR **2)** The incorrect item was shipped. A full refund or replacement will be offered upon successful verification and return of the item (see Return Policy).
Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not offer refunds for: Change of mind, lack of technical skill for product use, or issues arising from unapproved code modifications.
