Digital Goods
Digital goods are **not eligible for returns**. Resolution is handled exclusively through our technical support and refund procedures.
Physical Goods Return Process
- **Eligibility:** Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- **Authorization:** You must contact Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before sending any item back.
- **Shipping:** The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon delivery.
